Incoloy
The Chromium content in the INCOLOY 800 alloy is typically 15 to 25%, the nickel content is 30 to 45%, and it contains small amounts of aluminum and titanium. 800 alloy is in austenite single item zone after fast cooling from high temperature, therefore, the use state is a single austenite tissue. The alloy has high chromium content and nickel content, so it has high high temperature corrosion resistance and is widely used in industry. In chloride, low concentration NaOH aqueous solution and high temperature and high pressure water, it has stress corrosion resistance, so it is used to manufacture stress corrosion resistance equipment.
Features of INCOLOY Alloy 800:
INCOLO Alloy 825 is a titanium-stabilized fully austenitic Ni-Fe-Cr alloy with added copper and molybdenum. Incoloy 825 is a versatile engineering alloy with acid and alkali metal corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments.
The most outstanding feature of INCOLOY Alloy 825 is excellent corrosion resistance. In both oxidizing and reducing environments, alloy 825 resists to general corrosion, pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, inter-granular corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. INCOLOY alloy 825 especially suitable for the environments of sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, Sulfur-containing flue gas, acidic gas and oil well as well as seawater.
Features of INCOLOY Alloy 825:
1. Good stress corrosion cracking resistance
2. Good resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion
3. Good oxidation resistance and non-oxidation thermal acid
4. It has good mechanical properties at room temperature and up to 550°C
5. Certified to manufacture pressure vessels with temperatures up to 450°C
