0Cr20Ni80
0Cr20Ni80 contains 20% Cr and 80% Ni, which has strong corrosion resistance. The allowable operating temperature of the alloy is 1200 ° C. 0Cr20Ni80 has the advantages of good oxygen resistance, high strength, non-magnetic, high emissivity, good corrosion resistance, no softening, no deformation, and low permanent elongation.
0Cr30Ni70
Cr30Ni70 high hardness stainless steel is a Invar alloy with low creep fracture resistance developed in Sweden. Its solution treatment temperature is about 1267 degrees, and the structure has 21%-61% ferrite and 61%-54% carbonization resistance and stability, which has the common characteristics of the var alloy. It is a feature with carbon resistance and low price. Duplex stainless steel developed to replace 2507 and S48140 commonly used duplex stainless steel with anti-sensitization properties.
Cr30Ni70 features: nickel-chromium, nickel-chromium ferroelectric alloy wire has high temperature oxidation resistance, high strength, no softening and a series of advantages. When used for a long time, it does not deform and has a small permanent elongation, among which Cr30Ni70 alloy has excellent comprehensive characteristics, and is the first choice for making high-quality electric heating elements. The products are widely used in industrial electric furnace, metallurgy, machinery, household appliances and other industries to make heating elements and resistance elements.
0Cr15Ni60
60Ni-15Cr has high nickel and chromium content, less iron content, and has good oxidation resistance, thermal strength and positive temperature coefficient below 900 ° C. At room temperature, it has high plasticity, cold stamping and welding performance. After solid solution treatment, the alloy is single-phase austenite, and the tissue is stable during use. The Cr15Ni60 alloy has a single-phase austenite structure.
0Cr20Ni35
35Ni-20Cr has high nickel and chromium content, high silicon content, and has good oxidation resistance, thermal strength and high positive temperature coefficient below 800 ℃. At room temperature, it has high plasticity, cold stamping and welding performance. After solid solution treatment, the alloy is single-phase austenite, and the tissue is stable during use.
