Custom metal wire mesh options allow you to custom wire mesh products to your specific needs and applications. These options can include variations in materials, dimensions, weave patterns, mesh size, and other specifications to ensure that the wire mesh meets your unique requirements.
Material Selection: Stainless Steel, Titanium, Nickel, Hastelloy, Monel and etc.
Wire Diameter: Specify the diameter of the wire used to create the mesh. Thicker wires offer greater strength, while thinner wires can create finer mesh for filtration purposes.
Weave Pattern: Plain Weave (Simple over-and-under crisscross pattern.); Twill Weave (Diagonal pattern for added strength and durability.); Dutch Weave (Combines different wire diameters in the warp and weft for enhanced filtration capabilities. )
Mesh Count: Determine the number of wires per linear inch in both the warp and weft directions. This affects the mesh's openness or fineness.
Mesh Size: Specify the desired opening size or aperture of the mesh. Mesh size is determined by the number of wires in a given area and is crucial for filtration, sieving, and other applications.
Roll or Sheet Dimensions: Define the dimensions of the metal wire mesh rolls or sheets, such as width and length. Custom sizes are available to fit your equipment or project requirements.
Edge Finish: Choose from various edge finishing options, including selvage, cut, or framed edges, to suit your installation needs.
Coatings and Treatments: Depending on the application, you can request coatings or treatments for additional protection. Common options include galvanizing, PVC coating, epoxy coating, and passivation.
Specialty Mesh Types: Some applications require specialized metal mesh, such as perforated metal mesh, expanded metal mesh, or wedge wire screens. Specify these options if they better suit your needs.
