The air-liquid filter and supporting device used in the production of wire mesh demister are manufactured by our company in accordance with HG/T21618-1998 wire mesh demister standard production (the thickness and density of the defoaming device can also be produced according to the needs of users).

 

The wire mesh demister produced by our company can not only filter the larger liquid foam suspended in the air stream, but also can filter the smaller and tiny liquid foam, widely used in chemical, petroleum, tower manufacturing, pressure vessels and other industries in the gas-liquid separation device.

 

In the chemical process, the gas of various gas-liquid contact equipment often leaves the equipment with a lot of liquid droplets, such as tower equipment, evaporator, etc. It is generally required to separate the droplets entrained in the gas so as not to affect the quality of the gas or the operation of the next process. The mechanism of separating droplets or fog from gas includes gravity drop, inertial collision, centrifugal separation, diffusion deposition by Brownian motion and electrostatic attraction. Wire mesh demister is a typical product of inertial collision defoaming, which is an efficient gas-liquid separation equipment. It has the advantages of high defoaming efficiency, simple structure, large void ratio, small pressure drop, light weight, easy installation, operation and maintenance. When the gas bottom-up through the wire mesh demister, due to inertia and screen surface collision, the fog then on the surface of the filament aggregation and expansion, increasing the droplet due to the weight of gravity more than gas speed and liquid surface tension of the resultant force, the droplet will fall. It is often used for towers, evaporator and separator in industry.

 

The wire mesh demister (mist eliminator) is used to separate the droplets entrained by gas in the tower to ensure mass transfer efficiency, reduce the loss of valuable materials and improve the operation of the compressor behind the tower. Generally, the wire mesh demister set on the top of the tower. It can effectively remove 3--5um of droplets. If the droplet remover is set between the trays, it can not only ensure the mass transfer efficiency of the trays, but also reduce the distance between the plates. So the wire mesh demister mainly used for gas-liquid separation. It can also be used as an air filter for gas separation. In addition, the demister mesh can also be used as a buffer for all kinds of instruments in the instrument industry to prevent electronic shielding from radio interference.
