Sintered Mesh

Multi-layer sintered metal mesh is a new type of filter material with high mechanical strength and overall rigid structure, which is made of multi-layer woven metal wire mesh through special lamination pressing and vacuum sintering process. The mesh of each layer of the wire mesh interlace to form a uniform and ideal filter structure, not only to overcome the ordinary metal mesh low strength, poor rigidity, unstable mesh shape shortcomings, but also to the pore size, permeability and strength characteristics of the material for reasonable matching and design, As a result, it has excellent filtration accuracy, filtration impedance, mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance and processability, and its comprehensive performance is significantly better than that of sintered metal powder, ceramics, fibers, filter cloth, filter paper and other types of filter materials.

 

It is generally divided into five layers of structure, which is divided into four parts: protective layer, filter layer, separation layer and support layer. This kind of filter material has both uniform and stable filtration accuracy and high strength and stiffness. It is an ideal filter material when the compressive strength is high and the filtration particle size is uniform. Because its filtration mechanism is surface filtration, and the mesh channel is smooth, it has excellent backwashing regeneration performance, can be used repeatedly for a long time, especially suitable for continuous and automated operation process, which can not be compared with any kind of filter material. The sintered mesh material is easy to form, process and weld, and can be processed into various forms of filter elements such as round, tube, cone and ripple.

 

Features of Sintered Mesh:

1. High strength, good rigidity: high mechanical strength and compressive strength, good processing, welding and assembly performance, easy to use.

2. Uniform and stable accuracy: uniform filtration performance can be achieved for all filtering accuracy, and the mesh does not change in use.

3. Wide use environment: can be used for -200℃ ~ 600℃ temperature environment and acid-base environment filtration.

4. Excellent cleaning performance: countercurrent cleaning effect is good, can be used repeatedly, long life (can be cleaned by countercurrent water, filtrate, ultrasonic, melting, baking and other methods).

2. Used for gas distribution, liquid bed hole plate material

3. Used for high precision, high reliable high temperature filter material

4. Used for high pressure back washing oil filter.

Six-layer sintering mesh

Six-layer metal sintering net (chemical special sintering net), six-layer sintering net is mostly used for the filtration of chemical materials. It is a new type of filter material with high mechanical strength and overall rigidity made of six-layer stainless steel wire mesh after special laminated pressing and vacuum sintering. The mesh of each layer of the wire mesh interlaces each other, thus forming a uniform and ideal filter structure, making the material with the advantages of ordinary wire mesh can not be compared.

 

Because its filtration mechanism is surface filtration, and the mesh channel is smooth, so it has excellent backwashing regeneration performance, can be used repeatedly for a long time, especially suitable for continuous and automatic operation process, is unmatched by any kind of filter material. The material is easy to form, process and weld, and can be processed into round, cylinder, cone, ripple and other forms of filter elements.

 

Six layer sintered mesh specifications:

(1) Standard size: 500mm×1000mm 600mm×1200mm 1000mm×1200mm

(2) Standard thickness: about 1.7mm

(3) Standard material :316L or 304

 

Characteristics of six-layer sintering mesh:

(1) Good strength: it has extremely high mechanical strength and compressive strength.

(2) Easy cleaning: because the surface filter material is used, it has the characteristics of cleaning, especially suitable for backwashing.

(3) Easy processing: suitable for cutting, bending, stamping, stretching, welding and other processing technology.

(4) High temperature resistance: can withstand 480℃ high temperature.

(5) Corrosion resistance: due to the use of SUS316L, 304 materials, so strong corrosion resistance.

(6) Filtration accuracy: the filtration accuracy range is 1μ-100μ, which has reliable filtration performance.

(7) Stability: due to the protection of two layers of wire mesh, the filter is not easy to deform in the sintering process of diffusion solid melting.

 

Applications of six-layer sintering mesh:

(1) Materials used for dispersive cooling in extremely high temperature environments.

(2) For the application of homogeneous gas in the powder industry, fluidized plate in the iron and steel industry.

(3) for gas distribution fluidized bed hole plate material.

(4) Used for pulverized coal injection and concentrated phase conveying system in blast furnace.

(5) Filtration, washing and drying of materials in the pharmaceutical industry.
